We went for the navy graduation and it was perfect for that. Was cheap and close to the base with McDonald's right beside the place and no one bothered us and everyone we did see was very polite.

There were roaches and bed bugs. Only 1 light in the room.

• I rented 2 rooms. Both were filthy.
There were stains on the sheets in both rooms.
There were cigarette burns in all 4 comforters.
The pillows were stained.
The bed skirts were stained.
The floors were sticky.
The toilets were stained and filthy.
There were stains on the sinks.
The mattresses were worn out.
There was a horrible odor in the rooms.
There was a horrible odor in the hallway.
There was a horrible odor in the stairwell.
• One of the rooms was occupied (only what I can assume) by squatters. The door was locked. When I returned to the desk to change rooms, the clerk was very surprised that there were people in the room. She gave me a new key to a different room. When I returned, three people were leaving the previous room in a big hurry.
I will never stay at this location again. It was, by far, the absolute worst hotel experience that I have had in 25 years of travel, both professionally and personally. It was not safe and it was, in no respect, clean.
This franchise should be revoked and removed from your chain. Just horrible and terrifying!

Worse place ever!
This place was so DIRTY! Black short hair in the shower. Towels had holes in them. Didn't get the room I booked and prepaid for. It was a non-smoking room and it stunk like smoke also in the hallways. Curtains didn't fit the window either. I told the manager and she looked like she was heavily medicated and told me there was nother she could do. WHAT?? Your a manager.....make it right?? We didn't even have a table in our room either. Burn marks in bathroom too! NEVER will we stay there. Oh yeah.....there wasn't even a fitted sheet on the bed!! I took pictures of everything wrong with this place.

hotel was dirty
We reserved a nonsmoking room but the AC was broken. So, we had to take a smoking room due to they were booked - everyone was. The next day we asked for a nonsmoking room and still nothing. The television kept going out and the bathroom had stuff all over the walls. We went to purchase air freshener to try to make it better in there and when we sprayed it, the smoke alarm went off. However, it was so faint that it would have never awoken anyone in that room. Horrible experience.
