My frustration with the place was when I walked in the sand that was in the hallway, and in the bathroom was significantly more than if I had run a vacuum cleaner over it. I realize we’re near a beach, but I need to have a clean room if you are going to have to pay over $300 per night. The tub was dirty with spiders crawling in it. Comforters on top of the beds were dirty they looked as though they had been on the beds for at least three weeks.
On the other hand, the bed was comfortable, sheets and towels were clean, and the breakfast was an outstanding variety. The front desk was very helpful when I asked directions for places.
I would not give more that 3/5 stars.

I am so sorry you did not enjoy your visit with us. I was really surprised regarding the condition presented of your guest room. My housekeeping staff works very hard to provide clean accommodations and each guest room is inspected before arrivals. For a moment I was concerned you may have mixed us up with another hotel because our bedding does not have comforters and we do not have hallways as an outdoor corridor hotel. The outside walkway during the evening may have had sand from guests returning in the afternoon? I am sorry for your experience and will talk over your visit with my executive housekeeper. Any other information you can provide would be very helpful.

I liked the appearance on the purse - the cute little patio. Also, inside was so nice and pretty and clean.

This hotel is wonderful. It is so close to the National Park.
As seniors traveling with our granddaughter there was so much to see and this hotel was easy access, very roomy with queen beds, little table and chairs, refrigerator and microwave. Walk to the pool and very attractive grounds. Great breakfast and the front desk were very accommodating. Hats off to Dennis who helped us get a great room on the ground floor as requested!

Excellent location, the nature preserve is just across the bridge, which is just outside the door! The sliding doors need updated, and if there's a room above you, you can hear them walking, but we're pretty laid back so it didn't bother this family!
