Situated in the historic neighborhood of East Walnut Hills, conveniently located:

- 5 Minutes from Downtown (Paul Brown stadium, Great American Ballpark, OTR, etc.)
- 8 Minutes from Cincinnati Children's hospital
- 40 Minutes from Ark Encounter

Amenities include wifi, large TV, in unit washer/dryer and plenty of beds for large groups. Guests have access to the exterior and interior doors via a convenient smartlock keypad.

The space

The condo is a 3rd floor walk-up in a converted 125 year old Victorian home. Although we don't recommend booking unless the group is OK with stairs, the unit is worth the climb! It includes an updated kitchen, high ceilings with skylights, and a true to the period turret, all furnished with contemporary decor and unique custom artwork. Rooms also include an updated full bathroom, living room, eating area, 1 large bedroom with 3 beds (1 Queen, 2 Twins) and 2 smaller "sleeping nooks" (1 Twin daybed, 2 Twin beds). A couch, a futon and Queen air mattress provide additional beds in the common areas.

Perfect For Our College "Reunion"
Some knuckleheads that I went to school with and I wanted to reconnect -in person- and given where we live across the midwest, Cincy seemed the logical choice. We had tickets to a baseball game and a list of restaurants that we wanted to hit, but we needed a place to stay....VRBO and Preston to the rescue!! Preston's place was the ideal location for everything that we wanted to take in over our weekend. After being there for about 20 minutes, it made you feel like you were staying with an old friend (perhaps an old college knucklehead that you know!!) rather than at VRBO or a bed-n-breakfast. The property itself has a unique charm to it and all of us agreed this was one of our best reunions ever & having our base of operations at Preston's was KEY!!

Awesome house!
We loved our stay at this historic house. After seeing all the old architecture around Cincinnati, it was so cool to be able to stay in a historic home. There are LOTS of stairs to get to the unit, but that wasn’t a problem for us. The house had everything we needed and the host was incredibly responsive and helpful anytime we needed anything. Because it’s a old home, there are a few quirky things about the house, but overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

Cool house, great location!
We loved the historic feel of this 3 story walk up! It was located close to the ballpark and National Freedom center and worked great for our other excursions as well! They provided everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Beautiful House for Girl’s Trip
We took a 2-night girl’s trip in the middle of the week and fell in love with this property. It is so beautiful from the outside and is just as gorgeous and spacious on the inside. It’s beautifully decorated with art from the owner with plenty of natural light from sky lights and has plenty of room for the 7 of us to spread out, with additional air mattresses we didn’t even use. It was a very quiet area and home (even though it is shared with other occupants in other floors of the home). We felt completely safe and secure. We had everything we needed and would definitely recommend this to anyone!

Adorable Victorian home and great for families!
We had a wonderful stay at East Walnut Hills! Our family of 5 fit nicely and the home was super cute! They had everything we needed and even little extras for our stay. Perfect place to stay if your visiting the ark encounter or creation museum! And really close to the Ball park to catch a game too!

Just what we were hoping for
We enjoyed our stay very much. The property is in a very nice neighborhood, convenient to all things you might want to do in Cincy. The space is very nice, essentially what you'd expect from the pictures in the listing.

The property could not have been more beautiful from the inside out. From the fresh flowers to the natural beauty of this rustic condo, we were thankful for a place that felt like a home away from home. The property manager was responsive when we needed anything. Charming, comfortable
This was a lovely property to call home at night while in Cincinnati. We spent most of our time catching up in the living room chat-zone and around the dining table. The only problem was that I couldn’t wake my sister up because she was too comfy in the little hideaway (green) bedroom! We appreciated the copious amounts of extra towels.

Great place to stay in Cincinatti
The place was a great find in the city. It is located near freeway and can get around easily. The place was nice and large for a large family of 7. There's plenty of parking on the street. The only thing of concern is that this place may not be suitable for older folks who have trouble climbing stairs. We do not have older folks with us, so it was not a problem, but for families with older parents or grand parents, this may be an issue. The owner communicated with us well and we had no issues at all. Greatly recommended.
