Hallways smelled of cigarettes. Hallways not clean . Toilet not flushing properly .small beds

The staff was lovely, but the room was dirty, carpet stained and sticky. Bathroom had spatters on the walls. The hinges to the refrigerator cabinets were broken.

Bathroom had what looked like coffee or vomit splatters on the walls. The door to the fridge was broken.

They badly need to upgrade this place. Paint the doors, vacuum behind chairs and under tables in the room, the elevator needs love (just paint the damn thing!)- it just felt really rundown. Plus side is at the staff was friendly. Oh and Covid is so last year. Room service needs to be a daily thing, especially if you're staying more than two nights!
