We enjoyed our stay here, with just 2 minor exceptions. The staff were wonderful! Breakfast was included each day, and had a decent variety of options to pick from. Housekeeping did a wonderful job each day making sure we had fresh amenities in our room. The only issues to note: the bed was very firm and we both found it uncomfortable. The wifi was inaccessible our entire stay. We tried logging on at many different times of the day, and were never able to get it to log on. We had to use our phone data during the stay instead. I received an email regarding wifi being hard to access a few days before our stay, and that would have been much nicer to know at booking, not right before we went on vacation.

Excellent hotel experience

We had a great experience at this hotel. The room was cleanly, the staff was great, and the amenities that the hotel offered were top notch. We really enjoyed the hotel's social hour in which they served complimentary wine, beer, and a variety of cheeses in their club room. The spa was also great! Would definitely book another stay at the Crowne Pointe Inn!

Gregory, thank you for taking the time to write us a review. Provincetown’s high density and scarce availability of space is a difficult challenge for innkeepers and guesthouse owners alike. We provide several room levels starting with our pamper me once level room and going up from there with increasing room space. We are elated that you enjoyed the restaurant and our friendly staff!
