Lobby boy was very friendly as soon as we stepped out of the Taxi but as soon as I went to the counter to check-in, I was stereotyped as an Asian who travelled in only tour groups. Poor choice of words from the concierge. I ignored the comment and blamed it on the lack of diversity in the area. We got up to our suite and it was beautiful. The Frama toiletries gave a luxurious aroma to the room, but unfortunately the room was not thoroughly cleaned. There were bread crumbs on one of the chairs, and the drain in our shower still had hair from the previous visitors. The cleaning crew came in the next day and fortunately righted all of that. Also our room was on the 3rd floor, just above the restaurant which played loud music on Saturday evenings (i assume). Thankfully we only had to deal with it once during the stay. The breakfast was average with the exception of the ginger shots which was unique and tasty. Service was great though. All in all, it could have been an amazing stay, not sure if it's worth the 5star distinction yet.
