it was easy to find. was thankful that the office closed at 9pm due to late arrival of spirit of tasmania the entry vynil had tears and was in need of replacement, there were dirty marks on the carpet and the bed covering also had dirty marks. The enrty door had to be pushed really hard to latch closed, along with the bathroom door. the room smelt very musty like spilt water not cleaned up. The kettle for coffee could not be filled at the tap, as the kettle was too bibg to get in the bathroom sink. the grassed area out side the window was disgusting. I like to let natural light into a room. but the unmown rubbish filled are was unsatisfactory. The furnishings required attention, as there was paint chipped and the back of the door was just dirty. May i suggest that each room be inspected by maintenance and each week and upgrade items as required.

It was a very tired and old motel. Room was clean, but remote for the TV didn’t work. Cost for the unit left a lot to be desired. We've since stayed in other areas that were more cost effective and nicer.

This property is very old and very shabby. Peeling paint, marks and dings in the walls greet you upon opening the door to your room. While it is clean, you can't overlook this. The atmosphere of the property feels unsafe.

The hotel was convenient after a sailing on the Spirit of Tas but needs a major upgrade! Furniture and fittings poor and outdated! Cheap and nasty !
