desk staff seemed to be bothered that they had to wait on me. did not tell me that there was an up charge to park. there was no breakfast without paying.

Hi, My apologies if the front desk was not as welcoming as we are always happy to welcome guests to our hotel. Like other full service hotels, we have upgraded offerings different from limited service or extended stay hotels that offer breakfast in the rate as we have a full service restaurant, bar and a grab and go option as well as a covered, secure parking garage. We do offer packages that include both breakfast and parking that can be booked on our website.
