Newley remodeled but when we arrived they informed us the pool was removed a year ago and unfortunately it’s still being advertised as that they have one. If we knew ahead of time we would of never stayed. The front desk needs to be a bit more professional as I was in line waiting to pay for some snacks but I could see how rude the lady was speaking to a guest who was on the phone who just arrived at the airport clearly needing help trying to figure the shuttle process out and she asked him to call her back because she was busy. She hangs up and the phone rings again and she states to me how she hates having to talk to people on the phone and she should stayed home today. Sorry but customer service should be vetted a little better at this site.

The alarm kept going off and had us standing outside. The busted Pipes, the rude lady at the front desk, Quita that had me running around the airport. She needs customer service training. They released a valve and a bunch of water was spraying outside where I was standing. It made an already stressful day of my flight being canceled even more stressful.

Check in was easy and efficient. Room had a full kitchen. Bathroom did not have a hair dryer. No breakfast provided. Had a small 'convenience' area to purchase snacks and other things that you could take back to the room and cook.

Very nice stay. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen clean and the pots / pans / dishes well stocked. All staff was extremely friendly.
