The property was nice. I booked it because it was close to where I needed to be and no pets allowed, only service pets. However there were a couple of dogs on the property. We were in the first floor and needed to go punto the 3rd floor to get ice because there is no ice machine on 1st or 2nd floor. There was a party until 12:30am next to my room. I called the front desk only to be told that they apologized for the noise but that the party was almost over anyway! The room upstairs probably had a bunch of kids just running around all night. We were not able to get any sleep. Breakfast closes at a sharp time so if you’re there 1 minute after is over you better go eat somewhere else.

I am sorry about the noise you experienced during your stay. Our property is pet friendly I am not sure where you saw that we were not. When you stay with us next please call us prior to your arrival so we can arrange to have you on a higher floor to prevent any noise from disturbing your rest.

I have stayed at this hotel 3-4 times previously and never had an issue. This time was a different story. The reason I booked this hotel was so my daughter could go swimming in the indoor pool. That didn’t happen. The pool was freezing to the point you couldn’t get in it. The people next to us and above us were extremely loud. I did call the front desk and she was very nice and said she would call. The noise stopped for about 15 minutes and then started back up lasting all night. Needless to say we got no sleep which led to an extremely long hard drive the next day. I had already booked the hotel for two days next month for daughters birthday but now have cancelled. I unfortunately won’t be staying again.

The agent at the front desk tried to charge my account 3 times for the stay because their system had a failed transaction. They successfully charged me twice to totaling $697.00 and would not reverse one of the transactions. I have to wait for those items to post at my bank and then dispute. I’m beyond livid. I chose this hotel because of the great experience my son and I had last weekend. I will not stay at this location again.
