When I arrived at the hotel I was informed that they had sold my room. The room that I had already reserved and paid for in advance. They then try to get me to pay more money for an upgraded room

I am encouraging everyone to not use this hotel. i booked and paid through travelocity, knowing I would get in late and had to fly out early the next day. i drove all day and when i got there at 11:30 pm, they told me they had no rooms available. I had reserved and paid. they gave my room to someone else. The staff were extremely rude about it and told me it was my problem and to call travelocity. They were unhelpful. I had my 5 year old with me and it was midnight. Horrible. Horrible. Do not use this hotel.

Worse hotel/motel I ever stayed in. The room was still under renovation, the contractor should be fired. The room smelled, the bathroom door was coming off it's hinges and we couldn't open or close the door, it sat half leaning the entire time. The coffee maker was missing parts. Paint was splattered everywhere. There was rough Drywall molding around the walls exposed. The sheets and blankets had stains, washed but stained. Our flight was cancelled and rescheduled at DFW so our stay at the OTO was a necessity. We chose to go back to the airport and sit for our new flight then to stay in the room any longer. It was that bad! The lobby was in shambles and holes in the walls and ceilings.

We got caught in a storm and I quickly book the oyo ...get there and the hotel staff is saying they have no clean rooms as an attendant didn’t come to clean he was very rude and was no help in accommodating us to other hotels

They sold my guaranteed reservation and charged us for the room after the reservation was cancelled. Travelosity found us a new hotel and they are helping us get our money back. I don't trust this hotel, don't book a room there even though it is cheap. I hope we are able to get our money back for a room we never stayed in.
