The property is just horrible the furniture is old and peeling the staff is very unhelpful and do not know what theyre doing and the bed sheets made my skin irritated honestly this was the worst hotel experience in my life and i wish i could get my money back i did not feel safe in that area at all.

You get what you pay for. Cheap, but you could at least have common hospitality. Check-in at 3 not 2:59, but 3 exactly. Front desk had nothing going on, but made four guest wait till exactly 3 be fire beginning the check-in process. What a mad representation for Holiday Inn.

This property was completely not represented correctly on Travelocity. Horrible part of town, no parking and wasn’t indicated in the description; didn’t know until after I checked in. they directed us around the corner to park although located in a horrible part of town; did not feel safe leaving my car and walking back to the hotel, especially at night. The room was incredibly small. Wasn’t as clean as it could have been. Very loud, heard screaming and yelling all night. Will never stay on premise again. Did not feel safe.
