Heated Pool, Air Hockey Table, Near Pine Lakes Golf Course

Beautiful heated pool home with three bedrooms and two and half bathrooms located in a very nice neighborhood close to Pine Lakes Golf Course. As soon as you walk in from the double door entry way there are cathedral ceilings throughout and an expansive view of the large enclosed pool yard with plenty of seating and cable TV. The home’s Master bedroom has a King size bed with a 50inch TV and sliders that open up to the pool yard. The next bedroom has a queen size bed with a 32 inch TV and a large window that overlooks the nice blue pool. The last bedroom has a set of bunk beds consisting of a queen over a queen also furnished with a 32 inch TV.
The family room is opened up to the Kitchen with cathedral ceilings and a large sectional facing a 65 inch TV.
The Kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances and an eat in area that seats four. There is more seating at the dining room which has seating for six. The last room in our home is a game room which includes a seven foot long air hockey table and a 50 inch TV. This room leads out to the screen enclosed pool area. The pool area has an eight person sectional where you can relax in the shade and enjoy the pool and backyard or watch TV. Outside in the screen enclosure there is an outdoor patio table, a grill, two sun loungers and a swing for relaxing or reading. Ping pong table on lanai.

Excellent home for the price.

This home was perfect for my family and I. It was a wonderful stay, and included everything we would ever need on vacation. The pool was heated so warm, that it was steaming on the cold autumn mornings! We also watched multiple rocket launches from the pool deck during our stay. We had only one complaint, the hot water pressure was terrible. The home has two showers and you couldnt even shower in one without "fine tuning" the temperature from full hot. There is a jet bath tub that you cant even fill before the water gets cold.

House is very well stocked with everything you would need. All TV's worked well and were easy to navigate. Outside pool/seating area was very nice to relax and watch the storms pass.by.and duck out of the sun.

This beautiful home was everything we expected and more. Great location and convenient to many attractions and shopping.We spent many hours relaxing and playing in the pool. Its located in a nice quiet neighborhood with easy access to major highways. We will be back next year.

Nice spacious home, comfortable beds, pool area private, seating area nice to have along with outdoor dining. The pool was clean and warm. The grandchildren and adults loved the pool! They did need some updating with the electrical and a new grill. Location was just 15 minutes from the ocean with many different beaches to relax at.

Delightful home

Roland out did himself with this gem. The pool was warm and welcoming when we arrived from the arctic winds of Philadelphia. The home was spacious and allowed for a relaxing yet invigorating experience. The only thing that rivaled my amazing company on this snowbird retreat was the accommodations of the home. 🕊️

Perfect place for family or friends

We are a small group of friends that came down for Biketoberfest. The house met every need we could have asked for. And had a garage with room to keep and protect our motorcycles. The home is located close enough to enjoy all the bike week activities yet far enough away to be able to have some calm and quiet to relax as needed. And the pool was perfect for lounging after a full day on the bikes and enjoying the area. Will book again for our next trip
