This was the worst place I have ever stayed. The general manager and the housekeepers were the only saving grace here. The rooms had no TV no internet, no bedspreads, no smoke detector, cracked sink, burned out light bulbs, holes in bathroom door, dirty floor, stained beds, etc. I had to stay because I had no other place to go since it was Biketoberfest. The towels were good and the shower was hot but I’m glad I came by myself. I would have been embarrassed to bring anyone here. It shouldn’t even be open. I tried to get a refund through Travelocity but they called and it was to no avail. Stay at your own risk!!!

The day clerk was very rude and un professional. When I called the office this woman yelled at me for letting her know the toilet was broke and needed the Wi-Fi password. She would not help me because my name wasn’t on the room. the room was rented for me by a family member. I was but on the list as a guest. Since I couldn’t get anywhere with the office I called my daughter to help she was met with the same attitude. I am elderly and handicapped. I have never been treated in such a manner.

WORSE HOTEL EVER! The picture of the hotel is not at all representative of what it is actually like. Room not very clean, no towels, no waste can, TV didn't work - your feet/socks were black after walking on the flooring. There was another vehicle in the parking spot where I was to park, so I parked in a different spot that didn't seem designated for a hotel guest. My car was towed and the front desk staff did absolutely nothing to assist with this situation. Staff was not friendly and didn't seem to care that so many of the guests were complaining about issues with their rooms. And the hotel got top dollar for the dilapidated conditions because it was Speed Weeks at Daytona. DO NOT STAY HERE.

It was in a state of disrepair. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Stains on the ceiling. Bathroom door broken. Towels stained. Lumpy mattress. Walls damaged. Save your money. $100 deposit required, which may take 5-10 business days to be returned. YUK
