When we pulled into the parking lot after a 10 hour drive to Denver, we saw the police arresting someone and putting them in their car. Off to side, in a courtyard gazebo-type structure, we watched drug deals taking place as the police were there and afterward. The air conditioner in the room was completely iced over because it wasn't insulated properly. As a result, the air conditioner didn't work and, as the ice melted, it became very humid in the room. The pictures of the rooms were from 15 years ago, at least. The toilet was leaking. There was staining all over bathroom sink, making us further question the cleanliness. There were stains on the comforter. The refrigerator looked like it was fished out of the dump and refurbished from over a decade ago. It also had the doors reversed, which was very weird. I felt like I was going to be trafficked at any moment or, at least involved in some sort of drug crime. I felt very unsafe the entire time I was there. If it weren't for the fact that we had just driven over 10 hours, it was 11 o'clock at night, we were completely exhausted, and had a funeral to attend in the morning, I would have definitely looked for a different place to stay. The pictures were completely misleading. As it was, we checked out early and went to the La Quinta Inn in Westminster.

There were dirty socks still hanging on the shower rod. No toilet paper. No towels or wash clothes and when asked for some he didn’t want to give them to us and said he would get in trouble

This place is horrible. When I checked in and then went to the room, the light was not working, the room smell like cigarette, the bathtub was mold. I immediately returned the key and told them I need to check out. They didn't refund me. The front desk a red hair lady sucks, she was not helpful at all. they were lying and said they are offering me the second room, then they said my mom was still living there. But I traveled alone there.

It was so gross. Sh÷ts weren't clean. Black mold in the shower. Water was getting all over the bathroom. Wires hanging out of the wall.

This is a flop house. I came after 11 couldn’t check in. It was terrifying the parking lot full of addicts and people that clearly live there. I was in town for my mother’s funeral. Had to get a different hotel in the middle of the night. Insane. I want a refund

When we arrived to the hotel there were 4 cop cars outside arresting someone directly in front of the lobby. We went into the lobby (past the “security guard” who had full face tattoos) and the floor was flooded and there were towels all over the floor to try to sop up the water. The lobby smelled so strongly of some sort of chemical that we were starting to feel sick. As we were waiting in the lobby we overheard the person at the front desk say they had been staying at the hotel for 3 weeks and that they had complained multiple times about the leak in their room and that nobody had come out to fix it, and the front desk person seemed entirely uncaring about the problem or the person. My sister and I decided we didn’t feel safe staying here, so stepped outside to try to figure out our options, only to encounter 4 different people chain smoking right outside the door. It became clear to us as we were waiting for a Lyft to take us to our new hotel that this was a hotel for people who were experiencing homelessness. It was dirty, smelly, and looked NOTHING like the pictures. Given the cleanliness, location and overall upkeep of the hotel I can’t imagine anyone besides someone experiencing homelessness feeling comfortable/safe staying here.
