Room was dirty, holes in bed cover, lock broken with screws falling out. Shower had hair in it. Fights in every room around us. At one point our neighbors tossed their mattress in the hallway. We were actually scared to be there.

Avoid this place at all costs. It is FILTHY!!! Beds, floors, bathrooms, elevator, lobby, it’s all gross!!!

The location was convenient to restaurants and target shopping center for ease of forgotten items. The hotel was dated and required constant requests for standard amenities such as dishes, coffee maker, and bedding for pullout couch to sleep all 4 of our family members.

At check in we stood and waited nobody there there was a sign that said they were helping someone else. We saw that we walked right by the person to check us in who was outside with her headset on dancing with a guy. She finally came in with her headset still on. Seemed unprofessional.

Filthy and disgusting...

I selected this hotel for location convenience and price. Unfortunately, it was not worth the quality (or lack thereof). The room was filthy and disgusting: dust and grim on surfaces. The lamp at the near bedside did did not work because of the switch. I figured out because it due to an electrical short in the switch itself - a fire safety hazard! The lamps were also dusty. If you have allergies, you'll be in huge trouble. The shower curtain is too short and the water simply splashes/drips all over the floor. I didn't see any bed bugs (thank goodness). The headboard and counter had a a wet-looking stain (dried) or something on it (gross!!) The rooms are not stocked with any kitchen supplies but they will be handed to you upon request (unwrapped and with no guarantee of cleanliness). The display cards and other pictures of the hotels are extremely misleading - the kitchen and linens are not that clean or white. I've stay at many hotels of many different star ratings - this was 2nd worst (the worst had an ant infestation). The wifi sucked and the free breakfast was simply coffee and some assorted breakfast bars. That's a snack, not a breakfast! I did stay the night as it was late, I was tired and I already had the reservation for the weekend but I checked out the next day and went elsewhere. TOTALLY NASTY and SHAME on them for the condition of their hotel.
