The hotel is under construction and operating with very very limited staff. We checked into a room, which had a clogged bath tub with 6 inches of standing water in and a leaky faucet. We were then checked into another room, which had holes in the walls and doors and no power in the bathroom. We finally were checked into a third room, which at least had operating electricity and functioning plumbing. The smoke detector in the room was covered in a zip lock bag (shady) and ceilings on the holeway had cables hanging down.

The deadbolt on my door was broken and the door stuck to the wall so I had to throw my body into it to even get into my own room. The chair in my room had a staple sticking out of it that i almost sat on (i wish i had so i could get some money out of this). there was a dog barking between 230-345 am so i did not sleep at all and no one did anything about it. the staff wasnt rude but also wasnt nice- it was genuinely a horrible experience and i would never do it again

You get less then what you pay for
Upkeep of the facility was abysmal. Third world level. Paint chipping, lightbulbs missing in hallway, breakfast consisted of coffee, hot water, make your own waffles waffle iron and sketchy yogurt in a mini-fridge. My hallway smelled like maple syrup the 3 days I was there. Window wouldn't latch closed so heater cycled on and off all night. Lumpy bed. Toilet screamed if I left the water valve on... water was off for toilet when I arrived. Some sticky unknown substance on nightstand with dime in it; left it untouched. Bath step-off towel had workboot footprint on it. Had new towels (I hope) and new soap and shampoo; coffee maker worked. No alarm clock. Scared to use microwave. I should have paid a little more for the hotel down the street.

The place smelled like burned syrup and it was at night no waffles were made. The place was falling apart fridge appeared to be kicked in and bathroom tile falling with mold in shower.

Old milk left in refrigerator, wet towels in the closet, leaking commode, rust stains in bathtub covered by rubber mat which stayed wet, holes in the wall in bathroom, unable to control temp in room. I will never stay there again.

This property is an extended stay that has been converted into a Quality Inn. Unfortunately, the extended stay features are all removed, so you have larger rooms with shabby furnishings and sad bathrooms. Microwave did not work, no pots and pans, this property needs more than a management change, it needs a make over.
