The staff are super nice and very on point. They went out of their way for our golden retrievers. They even gave us information on the closest vet and emergency vets. My girls felt at home and we had a good nights rest for a company party next door. I let ally liked the inner area and the rooms with the sliding glass doors that open to it. Very nice. Breakfast was good and the coffee was on point. The lady in the office is awesome.

Initially I was given keys to a room that was already occupied and I had to walk to and from the front desk to get a new room. After that the property exceeded my expectations for the cost of my 3 night stay. It was clean, quiet and parking relative easy.

Disappointing as I pulled up. Kinda ratty and run down. Lots of cute "we cleaned your door" sticker silliness but the rest was just run down. Staff was almost disconnected...just checking boxes...no real service let alone customer experience....and I then I saw my charge card bill for $100 more than the rate and when I called I was told to ask about it, after being on hold for a while, the fairly rude girl said I signed a paper upon check in that allowed them 8-10 days to refund the safety deposit. Itold her to tell anyone with any influence that it was a bad policy as you get you deposit back at a run down gas station immediately to which she replied; "Well, you signed it..." Seriously? She challenged me with paperwork? went from poor customer service to horrific. I hung up on her. Now, because of the condescending incompetence, I have to make a note to check up to make sure they don't forget to credit my account and screw that up because I have zero faith that they will. Disappointing. I would never stay here again and probably never stay at a Sonesta anything, anywhere....so simple yet clearly an epic fail....

Balcony was nice to have. the room was very spacious and comfortable. Quiet clean facility could use some updates for the price. breakfast is not included even though booking said it is, but overall we enjoyed our stay

Very clean room. Bed was so comfortable. Best part was how quiet the rooms are. You can hardly hear other people coming and going. For the price and quality of this older hotel, I’d stay again.

Happy every time I come here

This is the second time that I have stayed here and have been very happy each time with the rooms, food, and facilities. Very clean and friendly staff.
