Every staff personnel was pleasant and helpful. Overall our room wasn't very clean. Dirty duvet, faucet leaked badly & room just had a smell. The breakfast is definitely not hot and nothing tasted fresh. Muffins/pastries were stale, milk was an open gallon that every one could touch and carry around and no creamer for coffee. There just weren't enough options and it looks nothing like the pictures on the website.

Def not a 7 by any means. Pretty dirty to be honest, my bathroom towels have black makeup on them and there is no soap.
