This is our third stay at this hotel. First impressions: We checked in at 4:00 p.m. On our walk to our room on the 4th floor, the hallway was littered with dirty linens and towels and garbage. Not a good impression at all, having to step over dirty towels and linens. Also, the breakfast, while included in the price of the stay, was disappointing. The waffle maker was out of service. There was no milk, which I put in my coffee, the cutlery was sparse and the overall variety was quite limited. Compared to our stay last summer, it was evident that the hotel was struggling financially. It's doubtful that we'll return to this hotel. There are many other hotels in the area to chose from at the same rate, or less, that we'll pick to stay at next time.

The entire staff was very friendly & nice to deal with. Room was nice, the only negative I really can say is the hotel is in need of updating/some minor repairs, i.e. painting etc.

Totally shocked!!!
I love staying here but I was put off bcuz the room was airy and didnt hold no heat. It was very cold. I dont know if it was bcuz it was a corner room or what.... Also I tried to order room service only to be told the fryer was broken. I find this hard to believe and unacceptable that a multi-million dollar business doesn't have a backup plan for frying food. Totally unacceptable and I was embarrassed because I told my wife you would love this place...Needless to say she didnt!

Everything was so old and outdated. Elevator didn’t work from the 5th floor to go down. Had to call front desk every time we needed to go downstairs. Breakfast was garbage - cold hard everything. Pop machine only had water in it. Vending machine didn’t accept dollar bills. Pool was closed even though it said it was open - closed for “cleaning” front desk said but nobody was cleaning anything. Heat didn’t work in our room so it was ice cold the whole night. Staff was not friendly at all. There’s a reason why nobody was staying there. Just do yourself a favor and book somewhere else. We won’t return. What a joke.
