Lori, the front desk lady was SUPER helpful-on the phone and in person. Hotels need more people like her!! She appeared to be working extra shifts due to lack of workers. Our only disappointment was no breakfast, which was supposed to be “free, of course. No discount on room rate was offered, probably because there would be no refund on something “free”, BUT because nothing is really “free” and is built into the room rate, it seems like a slight discount would be appropriate.

Thank you! Lori is definitely a valuable asset. We are lucky to have her. We are hoping to bring back a grab and go breakfast in July. The rates have reflected the fact that we do not have breakfast as of yet. Items are being worked on so that we can offer the breakfast at an affordable price for the hotel.

Fair

Location: Near malls,stores,everything.
Everything was nice. Noticed a little bug craning on the bathroom floor. Also I was awoken by someone on the 3rd floor making a 50 yard dash across the floor. So just be aware you can hear every movement around you. Nice and quiet tho.

Excellent buy for the money!!

Very nice hotel in a a safe neighborhood.Excellent buy for the money.Spacious rooms and a ton of upgrades.They were completing a remodel while we were there;But it did not affect our stay.Downsides were; a little off the beaten path,but still easy enough to find and no HOT breakfast.This was because of the remodel.They were installing a new hot bar.WOULD DEFINITELY STAY AGAIN!

Great stay for a great price.

Pros: Close restaurants
My wife and I stayed here on a Friday night after attending a wedding in Farmington Hills. It was cheap, convenient, there was 24-hour food nearby for late night eats (Eddie's Coney Island was amazing), the room was bigger than expected and had a nice kitchnette.

Clean, comfortable, and quiet

The hotel is conveniently located near food, expressways,fuel, etc... The staff is friendly and the hotel has many conveniences - pantry with a good selection of items, stove top, micor, full fridge, and dishwasher. Movies available at the desk. Quiet and clean. I stay whenever I am doing buisness in the area.
