With room to sleep up to eight adults, including a spacious kitchen and living room with 55" flat screen TV, our beautiful two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo has ample room to accommodate your whole family, or just some friendly couples!

The master bedroom features a queen size bed, 33" flat screen TV, full size dresser, large closet, and has a full bathroom (with shower/toilet separated from the sink and closet for privacy).

The second bedroom is comprised of a bunk bed (double mattress on the bottom, twin on top, with a slide out trundle underneath), and a full size bathroom as well. Both bedrooms/bathrooms are the same in terms of size and layout, though the second has been arranged with families who may have children in mind. The second bedroom also features a full size dresser, with night stand, night light, and a large closet. Both bathrooms in the condo are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

In the living room, one of the sofas pulls out into a queen size bed, offering an additional sleeping arrangement (extra sheets and blankets can be found in the end table to the right). Off of the living room is your own private balcony!

With its modern appliances including a dishwasher, abundant granite counter-top space with four tall bar stools, and a fully stocked supply of cooking utensils and tools (including a coffee maker, a toaster, and a crock pot to name a few), the kitchen area allows you to prepare any meal you choose! There is also a high-chair and a Pack 'n Play for those with small children. Additionally, the condo has an in-unit washer and dryer, insuring that your stay remains clean and comfortable.

Our Dillon Valley East condo is located on the second floor of building I (although it is essentially the ground floor, as there are no stairs to take). Simply pull up to the front door and walk on in; which makes the unloading/loading of bags, groceries, children, and skis/boards much easier. Located approximately 50 yards from the unit, the clubhouse features a hot tub, sauna, game room, and full-size outdoor basketball and tennis courts.

Nearby recreation and attractions are abundant! The condo is within less than an hour’s drive to five ski resorts (Keystone, Loveland, Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, and Arapahoe Basin), and minutes from the Outlets at Silverthorne, restaurants, bike baths, hiking, Dillon Reservoir, and many more outdoor activities. Our condo has been maintained and arranged in a such a way so as to provide our guests with the cleanest, most comfortable, and most memorable stay possible!
