The curtains were extremely dirty and old, all the hotel curtains needs to be replaced to elevate its appearance. The staff were genuinely helpful and super nice. If I have to mention one it would be Sadaf, she is an instant problem solver.

The property itself was very dusty and as I and my family members suffer with allergies it had bothered us throughout our stay. The staff did not vacuum the room properly and at times did not change the sheets when they were dirty. Breakfast options were very bland and lacked taste. Hardly ever ate the breakfast. Overall it is convenient if shopping at Gold Souk and Naïf Market as it is walking distance.

Hyatt Place - Dubai
Good hotel in a nice location close to 2 metro stations. 2 mins walks from shopping mall and old Dubai. Staff pleasant and rooms nice. Worth the money. 2nd stay at this hotel. We were upgraded to a two room apartment with kitchen.
