Room we booked was not available

Pros: Did not have the chance to check in.
Cons: Customer service.
The room we booked/paid for in advance was not available, so we were transferred to the Westin next door. I had selected a smaller hotel after spending alot of time reviewing the hotel options and reading reviews; I was in the middle of explaining this to the manager when he walked away...while I was still talking to him. We got much better service next door at the Westin. Would not stay here again. What is the point of booking and paying in advance if the contract is not respected? While I selected 3/5 for most of the ratings above, I didn't actually see the room, but the review will not save unless you complete these fields.
