My stay at the Mecure Gold Hotel was perfect! All of the staff members were professional and friendly. I would like to highlight the excellent customer service I received from Hassan, at the reception desk and Ajit from the restaurant. Ajit went above and beyond every day to make our stay special. He even had a cake sent up to my room for my birthday. I was truly surprised and lost for words from all of the amazing hospitality. I would definitely stay at this establishment in the future.

I loved this hotel. My wife and I just celebrated our 30 Year Wedding Anniversary in Dubai, and we stayed at the Mercure Gold Hotel on Al Mina Road. This is a great hotel. The staff are absolutely the best! The manager is excellent! We love the staff, so many it’s hard to mention them all, but Stephanie in the Restaurant, Salmon in the lobby area, and every single person there is incredible!!! I rate this hotel a 10 Plus! It is centrally located, shops everywhere, great food at the hotel with their restaurants, and 2 Nightclubs inside of the hotel. Every person there makes you feel like Royalty! My wife and I are going back this December with our kids and spend even more time st this hotel. Also, room service is great! All the water, all of the towels, accessories that you need are provided every single day. Money exchange also available right st the hotel. Shuttle leaves every day free service to the Dubai Mall at 10:30. Incredible! The food is just excellent! The Cappuccino is excellent! What a great trip and memory for us!!! We also took two trips to Abu Dhabi and Oman while we stayed there. I loved this hotel you will not regret it. There are two clubs down stairs and a roof top lounge upstairs. There are food places around the hotel with affordable food. I really enjoyed my time there and the attractions weren’t far from the hotel. The mall was 15 minutes drive and they also have shuttles that take you to the mall and some beaches. Loved it.

Food was not that good. It's better to eat elsewhere. The bar is way overpriced. The housekeeping staff is great. Our room was well taken care of. The concierge was excellent and helped us with taxis and other recommendations.
