From the minute we pulled in they came right out to greet us and help with luggage. That continued throughout our entire stay. A special mentions here: We had the pleasure to get to know a real person that makes a difference at her work, and goes above and beyond. Ivana, who runs the outside cafe area where we had breakfast greeted us daily. She worked very hard and made our stay most memorable. She took time to learn our orders, gave us travel advice and even helped us to learn correct pronunciation of places. There are people who do a job, people who do a job well and ones that love their job. She found a way to be even better and not forget to put the people around her, customers and coworkers, in a better place each day. She is good people and we saw that attitude in a lot of the staff. These days that is refreshing given the anxiety and frustration of most people we come across. Oh lets not forget it is a great hotel, great location and we very much enjoyed our 2 week stay. I highly recommend you visit Croatia and Stay at Rixos Premium Dubrovnik. Oddly enough with all of our travels, this is the one and only review we have ever given. (Ron and Jen)

Well-appointed hotel
Cons:A written account of the hotel's various amenities in each room would be useful. As would access to movies on the room's TV.
Location:15-minute walk from the beautiful Old Town of Dubrovnik.
