SECLUDED BEACHFRONT HOME - Close to Shipwreck's Surf Beach!

Nestled on a secluded stretch of beach out on the East Cape - when it comes to privacy, Casa Kash is where you'll find it. It's open concept compliments true indoor/outdoor living with easy access to the covered terrace, BBQ, pool area, and beach.

This unique rental home allows you to rent only the main house (3 bedrooms) or include the guest casita (1 bedroom) as the 4 bedroom.

The home has a brand new state of the art sound system powered by Sonos, which is easily controlled by your smart phone or tablet.

When you need a break from the breathtaking ocean views, sunrises off the horizon, and whale watching, enjoy your favourite show on one of the HD TVs or high speed internet.

Because of the seclusion, Casa Kash is powered by solar - with a generator as back-up. Wifi and TV signals are powered in by satellite. Being off-grid nothing is 100% guarantees so issues can occur (although very rarely), so renters patience is greatly appreciated as we do our best to trouble shoot any issues that might come up regarding satellite signals and/or power. If these unlikely but possible issues are of concern, we recommend staying in town.

Casa Kash is an escape for those who want to get away from it all, but appreciate staying plugged in. We look forward to having your stay:)

*** PLEASE NOTE - there is a home being built on the lot next door. Although the noise is minimal (mostly drowned out by the sound of the ocean), we wanted to let our future guests know that it’s there. Construction started early November 2021 and is expected to continue on until November/Dec 2022. A mesh fence has been put up for added privacy. ***

Awesome East Cape stay!
We are huge fans of the La Fortuna/Zacatitos area, and Casa Kash did not disappoint! The house is located on a beautiful, quiet stretch of beach halfway between San Jose del Cabo and the world-class snorkeling at Cabo Pulmo. It’s right at the end of the paved road from town, so access is easy (though we rented and always recommend 4WD for travel in this area). The house is beautiful, well laid out, and nicely appointed, with 3 of the 4 bedrooms (including the casita) offering fantastic Sea of Cortez views, and all 4 providing those amazing sound-of-the-surf nights. Beds and linens are great, the kitchen and outdoor grill are good, and the pool, hot tub, fire pit, and outdoor social and reading spaces are all fantastic. And the staff (cleaners every other day, and Omar who is there most days as on-site manager and handyman) are just wonderful. The listing described the East Cape villa experience as “luxury camping”, and that was bit more the case here than we expected based on previous stats in the area. A few things in the house were not in working order during our stay (dishwasher, disposal, pool lights), and there were some issues we have not experienced before with the water and electrical systems. Again, the staff and property manager were super-attentive about addressing those systems issues, and we worked around the other items and had a truly great stay. Many thanks, Casa Kash!

So great!
We stayed at casa kash for my bday with friends and loved it. Daniel and his staff are so helpful. We ran out of some stuff and they were quick to help and had it delivered that afternoon. The house is beautiful all around and clean. I would love to go back, can’t go wrong with this place.
