Check in took nearly 40 minutes as neither person working the front desk was able to troubleshoot guest problems and efficiently check them in. Once receiving our room we went upstairs to find out room Smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. After speaking to a different front desk agent we were switched to a new room and had a fine stay.

Front desk staff was VERY friendly and accommodating. Definitely noticed the improvements being made to the property. Front waiting area and breakfast area were very clean and well taken care of! Rooms were very nice and clean, appreciated the updated fixtures and furniture. Will definitely stay here again if we're in the area!
