タオルが従来は２組用意して頂いたのに、今回は１組。 また、今までチップを取らなかったのに、今回は毎日取られた。毎日掃除に入り不便、シーツは６日間取り替えられなかった。レセプションの対応は従来通り、親切で良かった。
