Upstairs bed comforter had a few blood stains and the upstairs bath had towels with stains on them. There weren’t any extra trash bags for our trash in the kitchen. We called an requested trash bags and kitchen cleaner and none arrived as we were told they were coming. The hot tub was broken so we couldn’t use. The barbecue and brush were filthy.

I did look at your reservation and it was noted that we contacted you about the hot tub not working, before your arrival, and took the hot tub fee off of your stay. To our understanding, you were okay with this. I do apologize for the inconvenience of not getting those items you requested and we will address that issue immediately. We had a wonderful experience at Estes Park Condos! Beautiful location, great views of mountains and the river. Our kids had so much fun walking around and exploring. It's a very short drive from the downtown area and you definitely feel like you're in the mountains here. Our unit was very clean and comfortable. The loft was perfect for kids and stayed nice and warm. The kitchen has everything you need and again, it was all so clean. We stayed in December and the gas fireplace was very cozy. We are already looking forward to staying here again!

The property is gorgeous! Overall condo and location was great! ! I want to give it 5 stars but...bed and bed linens are horrible and need to be upgraded Immediately. Grounds were so gorgeous but groundskeeper did bare minimum before memorial week-end. Grass not blown off sidewalks and needs attention to detail (weed eater and edging). This place has opportunity to be amazing.

Perfect Place to Stay

Pros: About 1.1 Mi from the National Forest and 1.5 Mi from town. Beautiful Grounds good for walking, both along the river or foot of hills. Comfortable.
Stayed in Unit #1, Bugle Point section. Awesome 2-story condo! Laid out perfectly. Log bedrooms, full kitchen, elec fire place, table & BBQ on balcony overlooking the river. Very clean, even included salt, pepper, and coffee. Comfortable for 5-6 adults. Every balcony overlooks the river, so no bad unit. Staff is wonderful and helpful! Planning on staying here again next year!

A Great Stay...

Pros: Location Comfort
Cons: Not really anything.
Location: Obviously Estes Park downtown about 3 miles away and only a mile or two to RMNP.
We made our reservations at the last minute because our daughter-in-law was expecting and we didn't want to run into cancellation fees in case she delivered early. Once we made our reservations we noticed the confirmation said two beds but we needed three. We called and we were able to switch to a 3-bed unit with no problem. We were able to check in about an hour early which was nice. We saved a bunch of money on food because we fixed two breakfasts, two lunches, and a dinner at the condo. The location was great, very close to the park. The "living area" was a little small for four people but it worked for us. The grill below us was near the end of its useful life but we made it work. Overall, a great stay.

Wonderful getaway!

My husband, daughter and I stayed here for one night on a getaway trip from the city. We booked a room that had a spa tub right outside the front door, which was why we chose it. It was amazing! The room was beautiful and really cozy. I would definitely stay here again.

Location: very nice location , just on the river , great view , nice nice nice

Best place to stay in Estes!

This is the 4th time we have stayed with Estes Park Condos & have had a 100% amazing experience every single time! Every time we have great river & mountain views, super clean rooms, great staff, & elk coming right up to our condo! This is really the only option for relaxation when traveling to Estes!

Relaxing next to the stream

Pros: Comfortable bed, nice feel to the rooms, clean
Cons: nothing
Location: It was fun visiting downtown Estes Park, the Stanton Hotel, Rocky Mountain Park and a few nice breweries!
Nice quiet location with a beautiful stream running right outside the door. I was very impressed with the condo. It was just what we were looking for to enjoy a few relaxing days in Estes Park!
