The motel was very nice, clean, quiet etc., but I made reservations at this motel because it had a jacuzzi and after a long drive I looked forward to sitting and relaxing in the hot, bubbling water, but it was out of order

When I arrived on property there was no one on site to check me in. When I checked out, I had to wait while the desk clerk finished her cigarette outside.
