So cute!
We stayed here for a weekend hiking trip, and it was perfect for what we needed! The home is clean and adorable. It's just a few minutes away from a grocery store and a few restaurants. The only thing different than what we expected is that there are neighbors closer than it looks in the profile photo, so there was a little noise in the evening. But overall, a wonderful place. Would definitely stay again. :)

This was a super cute tiny home that was a perfect landing spot for a couple of nights. Overall, the tiny house was maintained very well. There was ample room for the 3 of us; the placement of the TV was a bit odd, however, we didn't spend enough time hanging out in the tiny for it to be an issue. We would stay again.

Tiny house!!
We were overnighting in CO on a road trip—had planned to camp, but with snow in the forecast had to pivot with 24 hours notice. We chanced across this super cute option. I had always wanted to stay in a tiny house and jumped at the opportunity. Loved it! The house was super clean and cozy and the entire process was simple even to the arrival of a snowplow operator who removed over a foot of snow in time for us to depart as planned by 8:15am. What a great night!

Our stay was great! Perfect for a quick night while traveling in the area.
The tiny house was just what I expected. Cozy with all necessary amenities. I would recommend the small space for anyone wanting something simple. The neighborhood was quiet and quick drive to different trail heads for outdoor activities.

They tiny cabin was an amazing experience. There is hot water, plumbing, and all appliances. The only complaint about the cabin is that there is no good angle to watch the TV. Sometimes you want to unwind early with a movie or something, that's not really possible here. The property managers were great, and would stay here again. The only thing that was a surprise was the tiny home / camping community. it just felt kinda weird and dead up there. Fairplay is cold, and way up high. So just take that in mind before heading up there with no plan. Short version - this tiny home is perfect, and so happy I did it. Just wish i would have done more homework about fairplay.

This was the first time my wife and I have stayed in a tiny home. It was a very unique experience, given that space is limited and items, such as the bathroom sink are smaller. We really enjoyed it as a base of operations for our adventures in the area. The bed in the loft was very comfortable. The things that you generally find in a hotel room were available, such as a microwave, refrigerator, soaps and shampoos, coffee and creamer, and some condiments. Also available are dishes and utensils, pots and pans, and a counter stove unit. The only thing that we had difficulty with was understanding how to operate the HVAC system.

Great experience in Fairplay!
We stayed here for a quick trip in the Fairplay area and loved it. It was a new experience to stay in a tiny home and we were thrilled with the accommodations. Highly recommend!
