The beautiful, rural holiday house, with a typical Majorcan stone façade, has a cosy living/dining room with high ceilings, wooden roof beams and a furnace, a very well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (2 with a king-size bed and one with 3 single beds), 2 bathrooms and a half-bath. It can therefore accommodate 7 people. Amenities also include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a TV, a baby cot and a high chair. From the living room, you have access to the furnished veranda, decorated with blooming plants and which offers a great view into the garden. The large, well-kept lawn and the private pool - lined with sun loungers and sunshades - ensure relaxing hours on warm summer days. There is also a barbecue area for preparing fresh meals, outdoor showers for refreshment and a ping pong table for entertainment. Sights, shops, restaurants, bars and cafés can be reached in 9 km or 14 minutes by car in Felanitx and fantastic beaches like the Platja des Trenc or the Cala d'or are about 23 km away from the accommodation.
