Did not realize they didn't have an elevator. So the clerk changed our room to ground level. My Aunt is in her 80's and this was very helpful especially since they were booked up because of the eclipse.

You always get what you pay for. This is not a great but a decent hotel. I only needed a place to sleep for 2 nights while I went to Cedar Point and it was good for that purpose. It was fairly clean but could use an update for sure. The 2nd night someone had a dog across the hall that constantly barked which was really annoying and the front desk did nothing about it. Again, decent place to rest your head but don’t expect anything past that!

Place was filthy. Stained sheets. Rooms smelled. Had to clean the fridge to use it. It was unplugged and full of mildew. No exhaust fan switch in bathroom. Heavy marijuana smoke and front desk did nothing about it. Doors damaged. Bathroom door didn’t shut. Very rude front desk staff. Policy changes during checkin. WiFi did not work. Cable barely worked. Floors were not swept or mopped. Toilet wobbled. Shower barely worked. Shower curtain nasty. Blackout curtain was not blackout. There was NOTHING nice about this hotel. AVOID IT AT ALL COSTS!! I asked for a refund or discount and was told if I asked again the police would be called and I would be kicked out.

I have already written many reviews and I hate to say this is a do not go to hotel the owner actually wrote a apology letter which was a lie they could care less this review is a waste of time and so is that hotel. If this site was smart they would take that hotel off their list

There were bugs in the bathtub and I didn't shower because of it. When I asked for a simple $10 discount the guy at the desk became belligerent.

To all those reading this review, this guest is lying. First he came to the front desk and said the shower did not work. Then we went to inspect the bathroom to find the shower was working just fine. Then when we told him, then he changed the story and added there were bugs when we told him the tub was fine. And he demanded a $10 discount, after staying in the room all night. Please refrain from staying at our hotel ever again. You have been placed on the do not rent list.
