Staff are above and beyond to address my request. For example one night there was a heavy rain and I couldn’t get taxi from my app, the hotel staff shelled me to get a cab quickly. Hotel has a nice setting and a beautiful courtyard. Location is convenient and close to the main attraction area. The property is a bit old and has a smell in the room because the window is small and there were a lot of mosquitos in Italy so I couldn’t get rid of the smell. I was told by a friend the smell is quite typical in Italy because the buildings are usually pretty old. Maybe the hotel can consider adding screens to windows so guest can open the windows to let air circulate. This will help. Other than that I have no complains

Wonderful stay. Beautiful grounds and rooms are lovely. It’s nice to be in such a regal looking hotel for a change as compared to the mostly modern minimalist decor.

We stayed at this beautiful hotel for 14 days and loved the experience! The staff from top to bottom were first class and treated everyone as a special customer. Nice property but felt a little cold. Bathtub was split in two by a wall and tub leaked all over floor. Kinda far to walk to bridges and restaurants. Nice staff and courtyard.

Avoid this hotel!!
Staff was rude on arrival. Our bathroom show was full of black mold. Hotel was full until the next day when we finally got moved to a clean room. Housekeeping the second day either threw away or stole our packages from Hermes and Gucci. Miraculously they were found hours later in their "dumpster". Was offered no consideration or sincere apology. The lobby and courtyard were nice.
