The entire breakfast staff, from the cooks to the servers, was excellent! This was my fourth stay at this property and each and every time the breakfast experience was exceptional. The servers are always cheerful, efficient and friendly.

The pics on the website definitely makes it look much better then what the grounds really looks like. I know that everyone is short staffed but when you offer to stop to pick up towels & toilet paper instead of waiting 2.5 hours & you re-call & offer to pick it up again & once again told “ No, it’s on its way up” & another hour goes by -please take the offer for the customer to pick up supplies instead of making them wait repeatedly & making it up that it’s on its way! A bit disappointed with grounds & staff responsiveness..

I understand if it’s understaffed, but if that’s normal it should be better. After dinner there not yet any clean wash cloths, no towels at the pool, and the only hotel I’ve ever stayed that you had to pay for the continental breakfast. Nice enough but I was expecting a bit better.
