The check-in was not correct. We got there at 340 pcheck in was at four they would not let us check in and then when we went at four there was too many lines.

We loved our stay at the islander. Staff was friendly and helpful. Easy check in and out. Property was immaculate and absolute beautiful. Food was delicious. Pools and beach were stunning and continuously being cleaned. We will be booking here again.

We were very happy with our stay and would highly recommend this location to others. It had everything we needed and more. We were fortunate that we visited in between peak times. We like it on the quieter side. We loved the water sport options and amenities were great. The resort charge is quite high so highly recommend using as many of the amenities as you can to really maximize your stay. The staff were friendly, especially the towel crew who were always so polite and friendly. We will be back!
