Clean and comfortable hotel

Our experience after finding the hotel was great. However I needed help with directions and called travilocity for help and was told I didn't have any reservations through them and would not help with directions. He did give me their phone number. I've used travelocity before but never got this treatment....makes me wonder if I will use them again. As far as the hotel, it was fine. Had all the comforts of home and there is a boat ramp right there.
