The a/c was good. Towels and washcloths looked brand new. The room was dark and dimly lit. The mattress was completely broken down. The refrigerator door wouldn't stay closed. The table lamp by the couch continually flickered. The closet door was broken. The smoke detector, that should have been mounted on the ceiling, was in the bathroom vanity towel shelf. Bare wires protruding from the ceiling where the smoke detector should have been mounted.
