I give this a 5/10 I had to contact mgmt several times to get what I wanted to be comfortable. The bathroom was filthy but I changed room then the linen yuk! I was able to get it cleaned up and bought my cleaning supplies to make it nice for me! Mgmt was able to make me happy at the end and I was satisfied. I’m not sure if I’ll return unless the upgrades were in place! It was actually an extended stay motel!! No room service, no free breakfast! The convenience of local stores was awesome! Cleveland clinic 20 steps away-excellent for ppl with healthy issues!

The shower was cold and the people were very loud, the facility is very old. If the price was lower especially with such cold showers I might come back
