The hotel was very nice. The room was clean and the breakfast buffet was very good. I didn't like the fact that you had to valet park or park across the street at the Marriott. There were also no walkable restaurants except the Marriott across the street. The pool was nice but not very warm. Pretty good overall.

Not enough valet workers. Had to wait over 15 minutes for car. Not allowed to self park or retrieve anything from vehicle.

Sorry to hear about your experience with the valet team! There are on rare occasions periods where waits extend past our goal of 7-10 minutes but, those are in fact rare. We will review with them though to ensure they are staffing appropriately.
