I was charged for my room the morning of the check-in then was charged again when i checked in. Was told that the first charge would be credited back to my account in 10 to 14 days depending on my bank. Never has this happened to me before Will not be doing this again

Had to go to the hotel next door to check in. Waited about 15 minutes in line. Hotel lobby was locked before breakfast. I didn't want to disturb my husband that was still sleeping so I had to work on my computer in the hallway.

Very dark parking lot. Lock on the back entrance door was broke, anyone could enter the building….not safe at all.

Overall it looked okay, but the chewed gum stuck on the side of the table between beds was gross. The AC unit looked like it was falling out of its location. The refridgerator also did not work.

A bigger pet exercise area and a bell or something to let staff know you are waiting at the front desk would be helpful.

One of the beds was very creaky. Whenever you moved or rolled over, it sounded like the bed was breaking. What I liked was the staff and service, especially delivering breakfast at a scheduled time. That was WONDERFUL! Also, the many appliances because we used every one of them. Thanks!
