Loved all the amenities & activities they planned for their guests. Very clean & lots of friendly folks! They need to monitor & follow through on people saving chaise lounges at the pool & leaving the pool area a lot longer than the 30 minute rule. It’s out of control & not very thoughtful of others.

The checkin process was long. Nobody seemed to know the software. There was an erroneous charge placed on my card which upon checkout I was told was “gone” but there was no documentation available. The rooms could use a little updating in furniture but bed was very comfortable and kitchen had new appliances. Phone in room looked like it was from 1970. First floor lanai overlooking golf course was beautiful. Pool & spa were immaculate.

Booking this Resort through Travelocity was a mistake. The positive reviews on here and google made it seem welcoming. I've never felt compelled to leave a review before booked a 12 night stay at Lehigh Resort Club. Driving to lehigh from ft myers was visually shocking. Mountains of trash on the side of the road, shady folks. At the front desk, we learned that we would need to move rooms 3 times during 12 days, since it is a timeshare. On the moving days, you need to sit by the phone and wait for a call that your next room is ready. So, if you god forbid had any plans on those days, they are now canceled so you can move in the 6 hour window between 10-4ish. This obviously increases your liability of anything wrong with the room, or the staff billing you for something random. Both times we moved, we instructed the front desk to call our cell phones, not the room phone, so we can at least go to the pool. Both times, they called the room. Day 2: cockroaches. The rooms are not protected againts bugs getting in. Theres holes in the screens and gaps in the doors. This translates too: if you cook or have trash, you need to handle it immediately. Leaving it out will attract the roaches. Front desks solution was to put bait in our room. We lost 2 nights sleep on this. Upon changing rooms, the incompetent staff billed me for someone elses damages. I got hit with a 120$ charge for someone elses problem. Of course the front desk cant help you until accounting returns on monday.

The property was clean and neat. very quiet and peaceful setting. Really enjoyed the most comfortable bed and pillows.

Wish I had more time to spend at the resort. Nice place! We had a studio with a Murphy bed and I was hesitant about the Murphy bed but it was quite comfortable. This place was perfect for all that we needed/wanted.
