Enjoyed our stay. Short wait for front desk to show up, but, there was a sign inviting us to a fresh baked cookie while we waited, and we walked only 5 minutes. Checkin was fast and smooth. Great coffee!

Easy early check-in despite my unconventional timing. Staff was very polite about getting me in early before their usual 3:00pm check in time

Hello Rogelio, I am sadden to hear you didn't enjoy your stay with us. I did go back and pull up your reservation to see if there was something I could do to fix this. When I pulled it up, I seen you were a no show on an expedia prepaid reservation. When making a 3rd party prepaid reservation it is non refundable, and bcuz you done it that way, you do in fact pay them, not the hotel and we have rules we have to go by. I do want to apologize this happened to you, but I also want to make sure that since you did give us a 1 star and a comment that reads "Horrible", that everyone knows that you did not stay at this location. I do hope that someday you will stop by and stay with us here at the LQ Monahans. Thanks again and Happy Holidays
