We stayed 7 nights here and the beach is a 5 minute walk and beautiful...it felt very safe but is on a major highway so bring a sound machine (we did) for good quiet sleep if staying on that side. There is a fire pit and grills so we cooked steak 2 nights and the breakfast is really good. Loved this place and would gladly stay again.

Did not like 15 percent sur charge on anything they did if they had to pick your towels up from outside room or bring towels

I wanted to say thank you for your recent stay here at our hotel! I hope you felt at home.

Our nightmare trip to Destin began when I arrived at 2:15 to let the hotel know I was available to check in. I fully understood I was early but was told I’d receive a call when the room was ready. @ 4:30 I returned to ask and they informed me it was ready. Thanks for the call right? The room I reserved had been given to someone else and I had to settle for what they gave me. Don’t worry folks! They still charged me the absolute full rate they could get outta me. I complained to the online concierge but all I was offered was a pitiful excuse and a membership to earn points for future money that I’ll never spend in this establishment again... Room was not clean. Previous animals hair was everywhere as well as other guest cramming into elevators with huge dogs. Shampoo dispenser leaked all over the tub constantly. We packed up as early as possible and left out for St. Augustine where we were able to at least salvage the rest of our vacation. Never again Homes2!

I am working with our housekeeping staff to prevent these from happening in the future. Our 2 Queen Studio rate was actually higher per night during your stay than the King Studio, however as an apology I for the late check in, the room type change and the cleanliness I have issued you a refund of $150.00. This is a $50.00 discount on each of the 3 nights of your stay. I hope that if you travels bring you back to the area that you will consider staying with us again.

Room was great with many thoughtful features. Shower was great and kitchen a bonus. Very comfortable bed. Staff was outstanding and helpful.
