I am not one to write a review, and especially a lengthy one, so believe me when I relate the details to you to be my very honest opinion!!! My family and I booked this hotel, because of its convenient location near the places that we wanted to visit during our stay in Fort Worth. I booked through Travelocity, for a better rate of course, to which I was very pleased with the price and ease of booking this hotel. After a nerve wracking experience on the expressway /freeway, we arrived safely at the hotel. Upon checking in, we were greeted by a young lady named Diana, who made checking in a breeze!! Our rooms were very clean, but I’ll admit that the rooms could use a little updating. The amenities were nice and easily accessible. My family was very pleased with the breakfast bar, the beds and endless supply of towels!! We traveled with two small dogs, so the accommodations for them was a plus!!! I was pleasantly surprised that the hotel didn’t smell like a kennel, but maybe I’m just nose blinded from being around dogs!!! Alicia, the clerk that checked us out of the hotel, was just as friendly and helpful as Diana, which completed our enjoyable visit to Fort Worth. Overall, I would definitely recommend visiting this hotel on your next visit there!!!

The hotel staff was very nice, but we arrived at 5:45 and our room was not ready so we still had to wait about a half hour, (well past the 3pm check-in time) overall a nice place to stay.

Decent property, clean, well maintained. Good location just off interstate.
Check in was horrible. Front desk was clearly upset about something; didn't immediately acknowledge me when I approached him. Eventually, he told me to wait, while staring at his computer.
After about 15-20 mins, he grudgingly checked me in. I'm not likely to return here, just because of him.
