Ideal für einen Besuch der Stadt
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Viertel mit vielen Restaurants und gemütlichen Cafés. Das Zentrum ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Besitzer ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wir würden gerne wieder hierher kommen.

Ausreichend für Kurztrips, aber Nichts für lärmempfindliche Gäste
Ich war für 3 Nächte in diesem Apartment und empfand es als vollkommen ausreichend. Das Bad ist komplett neu und wirklich sehr schön. Das Schlafsofa ist bequem und die Küche erfüllt voll und ganz ihren Zweck für kurze Aufenthalte. Wer etwas lärmempfindlich ist, sollte jedoch ein anderes Apartment wählen (gern auch beim gleichen Vermieter), da bei diesem das Fenster unmittelbar auf eine Kneipe zeigt. Hier wird es am Abend (nicht nur am Wochenende) gern mal etwas lauter. Zudem ist das gesamte Haus recht hellhörig. Die Lage ist wirklich super! Das Martinsviertel ist ein quirliges Fleckchen in Darmstadt, in dem es viel zu entdecken gibt. Außerdem ist man sehr schnell in der City, aber auch an den bekannten Sehenswürdigkeiten wie z.B. Mathildenhöhe, Rosenhöhe, Waldspirale, etc. Auf Bus und Bahn konnte ich bis auf die Fahrt vom/zum Hauptbahnhof komplett verzichten.
