Okay for the price. Clean and near to the station. We stayed at the room next to the toilet. The room key (door lock) is broken. You need to "lift" the door to lock it. Toilet rolls were running out, so the guests had to purchase by their own money. We called the hotel to restock but they never answered the phone.

Not really clean apartment, as it was said in reviews. I knew about the location was a bit off, but train to frankfurt main is more frequent at s-bahn (walk 8 mins) than main offenbach station (near the apartment), makes bit inconvenient. spacious room was nice. I would rather chose cheaper and shadder hotels near frankfurt main.

Not a typical hotel
We got to the Green Residence at around 11pm and had sent an email and a voicemail to let them know that we would have a late to nighttime arrival. Upon our arrival we were locked out and could not get ahold of anyone who worked there. After trying to call the office 3 or 4 times we ended up walking to a hotel down the street and had to pay $230 for one night. The next day the green residence called us and said they could make it down to the hotel around 1 or 2pm... 4 hours after we checked out of our new hotel. We decided to just book an air b&b instead of waiting. They contacted us at 4pm(not 1-2pm like they said). We ignored the call and went on with our day. Next thing we know they are calling us asking us to pay the full stay. Unbelievable. Will not recommend this place ever.

Quiet, clean and convienent
It's not a hotel but rather an apartment with rented out rooms. But it was clean, comfortable and we never had a conflict with the shared WC, bathroom or kitchen. We were able to lock our bikes under/to the balcony outside. I would have liked if the cleaning products used in the apt were also bio/green - but its a small complaint. We will stay here again when visiting our Offenbach family.

A nice stay in an antique style building.
Nice place, very quiet big room. There is a small parking place, the access is a bit narrow. When booking, I did not realize that it it is a "pension" house, not a real hotel with shared restroom and shower, what I do not really like, but everything was very clean and the other users were very respectful about the time spent in there. The train station is right there across the street.
