1st- toilet too low / no privacy to the sink area No cups to brush teeth or drink - a make over would be nice! The complimentary breakfast was disgusting - the waffle machine was absolutely filthy. The eggs were nasty- the other waffle machine was down. I feel I paid a lot of money for a night - the beds were comfortable and the room was clean but will never stay there again.

TV didn’t work and wasn’t fixed until checkout time. Repair man was very sweet. Room’s window was to a hallway and could hear everyone as if they were in our room. Toilet was bizarrely short with a very wide toilet seat. Lots of wear and tear. Clean and friendly staff.

Our room was mostly fine, other than a few stray hairs in the bathroom (shower, shower head, walls). The pool area was a whole other story. The hot tub is set to 100 which I found a bit cool. It has no cover, and steams into the open room all day - which has created significant amounts of mould everywhere. Once the steam cools it runs down the glass, and pools on the cement, creating algae. The droplets on the ceiling pool and drip right over the hot tub, so no matter where you sit you get a constant stream of very cool water dripping on you. The hot tub jets work… barely. And the bubbler is broken. The entire side of the hot tub is uncovered (and a huge safety issue as you could easily slip and fall in) and is dripping into whatever is underneath it. The entire side of the hot tub is covered in black mould. The hot tub water had a film on top of it, and the hot tub was very dirty. It has brown and white spots on all of the sides and looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in months. The sauna had garbage left in it which was not cleaned during the housekeeping I witnessed in the afternoon , and upon returning 6-8 hours later it was still there. Overall, the rooms are fine. Dark, but adequate. The bathroom cleaning could use some attention. I would steer clear of the pool/spa area.
