The staff could do better
Hotel itself was good. The staff could use a training session in friendliness and courtesy. The key card did not work for the elevator and had to come back to the front desk, but not even am apology. Pretty much every staff we came in contact with were curt and no smiles.

경포 해변 바로 앞이라서 전망 좋고 주변 식당 걸어서 갈 수 있어서 좋았어요:) 지하 주차장이 협소한 것만 빼면, 직원분들 서비스도 좋고 호캉스로 너무 좋아요!!

We love to walk so the area was perfect for a really nice lake or beach walk. We went in early October so the weather was good for walks. The lake view from our room really nice too. The rooms were a little run down. Wallpaper was peeling off but the room was generally clean. They also don’t provide toothbrushes but there’s a vending machine that sells them if you didn’t bring one.
